Bugs.

Olá!

Alguns bugs e erros do OJS têm acontecido.
1. Sem autorização para acessar o serviço
2. Erro inesperado
3. Emails a autores e avaliadores não enviados.

Lembre-se de incluir em sua mensagem:

versão do sistema (3.4.0.5);
perfil (Administrador do portal);
logs do servidor (no caso de bugs e mau funcionamento);
link público do portal de periódicos.

Se a sua dúvida for sobre utilização geral do sistema, é interessante sempre colocar o seu perfil editorial, o módulo de ocorrência, o link público do periódico e a versão do OJS. Assim teremos melhores indicativos e sugestões mais precisas.

@Fabricio_Alves_Lopes, você viu os logs do servidor? Poderia compartilhar conosco? Somente com esses informes que você deu não temos como ajudar.

Há algumas possibilidades, mas apenas os logs poderiam apontar para algum erro mais profundo no código ou na atualização da base de dados e sistema.
Uma delas, que conseguimos resolver boa parte desse problema é alterando uma variável para Off no arquivo config.inc.php, conforme abaixo:
em geral, um servidor institucional pode renovar o se IP dinamicamente e de forma periódica, para minimizar problemas de segurança, assim a sessão do IP no OJS se perde periodicamente.

session_check_ip = Off

Outra possibilidade é verificar as permissões do papel atribuído ao autor em Users & Roles > Roles (Usuários e Papéis> Papéis), mas muito cuidado, pois alterar os papéis pode tornar muitos usuários inabilitado para determinadas funções.

Para envio do log, bastava você manda o arquivo error.log de de dentro da pasta do apache. Não precisava dos 200MB de log de todo o linux.

Preciso também do log do Navegador. Você pega isso apertando o botão direito do mouse no navegador e clicando em Inspecionar. Depois vá na aba Console e print aqui o que é mostrado ai no momento do erro.

Olhando seus logs aqui, eu não consegui identificar nenhum erro relacionado ao OJS sobre email. Vi erros sobre a má configuração do Plugin do ORCID:

Também vi que vc tá recebendo uns ataques (ou seria acessos inrregulares) do IP “84.247.148.174” (IP da Holanda) neste servidor. Você está hospedando algo além do OJS ai neste servidor?

Eu preciso de mais detalhes pra poder te ajudar. Por exemplo, exatamente as linhas do erro de log de quando ocorre o erro. Fique dando um “tail -f” no arquivo e reproduza o erro e veja quais as linhas que aparece.

Eu não sei mais como posso te ajudar. Me parece ser um erro de execução, muito provavelmente por alguma inconsistência no banco.

O número de submissões aumentará em breve.
Já em usuário que não conseguiu submeter artigo.
