Fiz a atualização da versão 2.4.8.2 do OJS para a versão 3.1.1.4. Enfrentei alguns problemas na atualização, consegui contornar alguns, mas agora estou com um problema na hora de carregar os usuários. A página simplesmente não carrega os usuários.
