Em uma das Revistas do Portal de Periódicos da Unir os plugins não são carregados nos menus e nem os usuários vinculados a ela.
Caminho: Administração > Revistas hospedadas > Assistente de Configurações > Plugins.
Na página da Revista é apresentado este erro:

@wilfredosantiago35 você tem acesso ao arquivo de log de erro no servidor? Lá tem mais informações sobre o que está acontecendo.
Uma outra coisa que precisa ser corrigida, é que os notices e outras mensagens não devem ser mostradas na página da revista, mas no log do servidor. Então tem que desabilitar o “display_erro” para não apresentar na interface do OJS.
Não entendi bem o que você quis dizer com “nem os usuários vinculados a ela”. Não existem usuários cadastrados na revista ou existem e na aba de Usuários você não os vê?
